When you fill out the Request a Bouquet form, the Own Idea form, or otherwise contact us through this site, we may collect: your name, email, and phone number; event details (date, event type, guest count, budget range, color preferences); flower selections made through the Bloom Bar; any special requests you share; a reference photo you upload or a flower you select as reference; and inspiration links you share. We only collect what you submit through these forms — we don't use tracking cookies or analytics tools on this site.

How We Use Your Information

We use it to prepare a quote and design recommendation, respond to your inquiry, and follow up about your order. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How Your Information Is Stored

Submissions are stored in a private database, accessible only to Lily's Beautiful Bouquets through a password-protected admin panel. Order notifications are sent to us through Gmail, so submission details pass through Google's systems as part of delivering that email.

Photos You Upload

Reference photos are stored securely and used only to understand your request — never published or reused without your permission.

Third-Party Links

This site links to our Instagram — once you click through, Instagram's own privacy policy applies.

Data Retention & Your Choices

We keep submissions as long as needed to fulfill orders and for our records. Contact us to request deletion, correction, or a copy of what we have on file.

Children's Privacy

This site isn't directed at children under 13; we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy — for example if we add payment processing or analytics — with the date at the top reflecting the latest change.
